To be able to enable cheats you must first finish all objectives in single mission doossiers.

In the Main Menu go into Dossier* and then go to View Dossier, there's a list of Objectives that can be done to Unlock Characters, Weapons, Game Types, Cheats.  Most of them are pretty hard but it can be done.  Tips: If your doing one of them where your by yourself clear out a group of guys, Save it and continue, if you die then you can load it from you last save, this really helps, just don't save it if you get hurt.

Big Heads

During gameplay HOLD BACK and press A, X, B, Y, A . A message will confirm correct code entry.

Chicken Heads

During gameplay HOLD BACK and press X, X, Y, A, B . A message will confirm correct code entry.

Flat Characters

During gameplay HOLD BACK and press B, A, X, Y, A . A message will confirm correct code entry.

Helium Mode

During gameplay HOLD BACK and press X, A, Y, B, X . A message will confirm correct code entry.

Hit A High Note

During gameplay HOLD BACK and press X, A, Y, B, X . A message will confirm correct code entry.

Slow Motion

During gameplay HOLD BACK and press Y, Y, B, X, A . A message will confirm correct code entry.

Secret people

To unlock people with better ratings, beat the X, or bonus objective in each campaign level.

Medals Awarded

Purple Heart: Get wounded or killed in action.

Bronze Star: Get 15 kills

Silver Star: Get 20 kills

Distinguished Service Cross: Get 25 kills

Congressional Medal Of Honor: Get 30 kills
