Go down to one of the docks at San Francisco there will be two telescope

sea lions get away from a sharks by tapping X.

When you begin the level, turn left and go to the striped tents
with the little carnival games in them go aong that a little bit
and you'll see a gun up against the tents and It will ask you if
want to shoot target practice.
