Enable Cheat Mode

Go to Options > Game Options and set Enable Console to YES. Activate the console using the ~ key and type: developer 1. (Alternately you can add +set developer 1 to your game shortcut eg. "cod2.exe" +set developer 1. A Load button will appear. Click it and load a level, once it has loaded type: "devmap" in the console. Now you can use any of the codes.
